Biography
Gregg is the President of Hytrol Conveyor Co., Inc., one of the largest package handling conveyor manufacturers in North America and South America. Gregg joined the company in 1991 and became President in 1993. The company has 80 domestic distributors and 23 international distributors. Gregg has doubled the company’s sales since joining by introducing new products, increasing market share, expanding systems capabilities and international activity. Prior to joining Hytrol, Gregg was a G.E. employee for over 20 years, where he worked in various manufacturing, marketing and distribution positions and serving as VP Manufacturing for a joint venture. He received his B.S. in Mathematics from Westminster College in 1969. Gregg’s memberships include: Past President, Conveyor Equipment Manufacturing Association; Past Member of Manufacturing Board of Advisors for Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association; Material Handling Industry Board of Governor’s; Material Handling Industry of America Roundtable of Industry Leaders; University of Oklahoma Industrial Engineering Advisory Board; Arkansas State University Business School Advisory Board; Founding Member and board Member of the Northeast Arkansas Workforce Training Consortium; St. Bernard’s Hospital Advisory Board; East Arkansas Business Development Council; and Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce Board. He and his wife, Peggy, have two children, Ryan and Lindsay. In his free time he enjoys reading, traveling and family activities.
