Master of Science Non-Thesis Option
Program Objective
The Engineering Management program permits greater course diversity in enabling students to learn advanced IE techniques. This option is restricted to those students who:
- have an undergraduate degree in engineering and
- have at least three years of engineering experience
Program Highlights
The student must complete a minimum of 18 credit hours of coursework in Industrial Engineering at the graduate level with a total of 36 credit hours at the graduate level for the program.
A non-thesis degree is considered “terminal” upon completion and, in general, will not qualify the student for admission into Ph.D. programs. Students are encouraged to apply for the M.S. thesis option program if they are considering a doctoral degree.
